The measurement LEDs located at the back of your CardioWatch – the ones that are facing your arm when you wear your CardioWatch – are not necessarily on continuously. The blinking rate and operating frequency depend on the vital parameters that are chosen by your Study administrator and determine the monitoring conditions.

Connection to the app and the Cloud
Check that your CardioWatch is properly connected to the Corsano app, and that the app is connected to the Cloud. Read the article corresponding to your mobile operating system.
Vital parameters
Check with your Study administrator that the appropriate selection of vital parameters is set on the study portal.
