Share logs on iOS

Select the main menu in the top left corner

Click Share logs

Select Logs

Step 3

Select your mail app

Step 4

Write your message and send the email to your Study administrator

Step 5

Option 2: contact Corsano support team

Alternatively, you can send your message and logs directly to the Corsano support team.

Please note that with this option, your email address will be transmitted along with your message. If you don’t wish to share such information with us, use the method described in the Option 1.
