How to fix a connection issue on iOS?

  • Connection status

    To check your connection status in the Corsano app, go to the app main menu in the top left corner. You will see a green check mark or a red cross illustrating the status of each connection.

In the table below, look at the connection status corresponding to your situation.


Both connections are good


Bluetooth is disconnected

This is the connection between your CardioWatch and the Corsano app on your mobile device.


Wi-Fi is disconnected

This is the connection between the Corsano app on your mobile device and the cloud.


Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections are off
