Generally, Corsano does not recommend performing a reset on your CardioWatch, but there are some instances where resetting the CardioWatch may help.
- The CardioWatch is not monitoring properly.
- To restore the CardioWatch to default factory settings.
- The CardioWatch no longer responds, is not charging or frozen.
Performing a Hard Reset
If your CardioWatch is frozen, not responding, or has lost connection with your smartphone, a hard reset is recommended. This will not delete any of your user data.
Open the app main menu and navigate to “Advanced device settings”. Click on the button to show options. Select “Reset the device”.
Erase device data
This reset will clear all saved data still remaining in your CardioWatch.
Open the app main menu and navigate to “Advanced device settings”. Click on the button to show options. Select “Erase device data”.
Shutdown the device
If you plan to take your CardioWatch off for any extended period or for any other reason, You have the option to shutdown the bracelet. You can restart it by connecting the charger to the bracelet.

Restore your data
You can restore your personal data from Corsano Cloud to your app at any moment. The app will recover available data from the last 365 days.
Start monitoring a new patient
You can start monitoring a new patient on the same app with same bracelet. The app will guide you step by step to sync remaining data from the bracelet to the cloud and put the bracelet in a safe mode. Once done, the bracelet will be ready to be used by someone else. Press “New Patient” option to start this process.
