Unpair your CardioWatch – iOS

Open the Corsano app and select the main menu in the top left corner

Select Manage Devices

Step 2

Look for your CardioWatch on the list of devices and select Unpair Bracelet
Note that the same process apply to both 287-1B and 287-2B

Step 3

Confirm your choice by clicking Unpair now

Step 4

Your CardioWatch is now unpaired from the Corsano app.
However, additional steps are required to unpair it completely from your mobile device.

Step 5

Scroll down the page of instructions and click Understood.
All the steps are presented in the next slides

Go to your mobile device’s settings

Step 7

Open the Bluetooth settings page
Look for your CardioWatch 287-1B or 287-2B on the list of connected devices

Step 8

Click Forget This Device to unconnect your CardioWatch from your mobile device

Step 9

Confirm your choice by clicking Forget Device

Congratulations!
Your CardioWatch has been successfully unpaired
