Corsano offers two options for disposing of your CardioWatch when it reaches the end of its life:
Customer Disposal
You may dispose of your CardioWatch yourself, provided you follow these steps:
- Delete all personal health data from the device (see the Instructions for Use).
- Do not throw it in the regular trash. Because it contains batteries and electronics, it must be taken to an authorized e-waste or medical device recycling facility in your area.
Free Manufacturer Take-Back
Corsano offers a free return program. To benefit from it, please follow these steps:
- Clear all personal data from the device (see the Instructions for Use).
- Package it securely and send it to:
Corsano Health SA
Chemin du Pré-Fleuri 5
1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland
- Please declare a parcel value of €0 and indicate that shipping costs are to be paid by the recipient.
We ensure all returned devices are then securely handled, and recycled in accordance with EU environmental and privacy regulations.
We are proud to partner with EPI in Geneva -a social enterprise that promotes inclusion by employing individuals with disabilities and supporting professional reintegration- ensuring that each returned device is recycled responsibly and with purpose.
