If you are experiencing difficulties connecting a Corsano 287-2 bracelet to the HCP App, please follow the steps below.

Check the Bracelet Battery Level
• Ensure the bracelet is sufficiently charged.
• A low battery may prevent the bracelet from advertising via Bluetooth.
• If needed, place the bracelet on the charger and wait a few minutes before trying again.

Ensure the Bracelet Is Not Already Paired to Another Phone
A Corsano Bracelet can only be connected to one mobile device at a time.
• If the bracelet is already paired with the Corsano Patient App or another phone, the HCP App will not be able to connect.
• This commonly happens if the patient previously used the bracelet with their own mobile phone or if you previously paired this bracelet to a mobile but the bracelet has not been removed (unpaired) from the iOS Bluetooth peripheral list.
If the bracelet is paired with another phone:
1. Open the iPhone Settings
2. Go to Bluetooth
3. Search for a 287-2B bracelet
4. Click on the “I” icon
5. Click on “Forget this device” and confirm

Check Bluetooth Settings on the HCP Phone
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the HCP device.
• Keep the bracelet close to the phone during pairing.
• Avoid interference from multiple nearby Bluetooth devices if possible.

Try Connecting Again
• Return to the HCP App.
• Start the bracelet connection process again.
