We were unable to get a strong enough signal after two attempts. Don’t worry—this can often be improved with a simple adjustment.
🔄 Try This Before the Final Attempt:
Tighten the bracelet just a little more — firm but still comfortable.
- Make sure the bracelet is not sliding or moving on your wrist
- It should press gently against the skin without causing discomfort
- You should still be able to slide one fingertip under the strap
📍 Additional Tips
- Position the bracelet slightly higher on your wrist, away from bony areas
- Ensure the skin underneath is clean and free of lotion or sweat
- Keep your arm relaxed and remain still during the next attempt
- When you’re ready, please start the Wearing Optimisation one last time.

💡 Optional: Try the Upper Arm
If signal quality is still insufficient:
Try moving the bracelet to the upper arm using the VELCRO band provided.
This area may offer better signal quality, especially in cases of low wrist perfusion.
